You can party heartily knowing that the proceeds from this bash will benefit Heritage of Pride, the folks who organize the official annual pride events like the rally and march.

Start early and closer to nature at Dangerous Curves 3, the annual outdoor dyke dance. Friends of mine met there two years ago who are now married and raising kids together... Will you tango with your future mate at Dangerous Curves? The music, food and drink prime you to dance the night away, and all the proceeds benefit the Lesbian Outreach Project of the NYC Gay & Lesbian Anti-Violence Project. Later that evening... SheScape strikes again with The Main Event @ The Roxy. Touted as the largest Pride party in NYC for women -- girl, is that ever an understatement. Every woman who ever dreamt of kissing her best friend is shaking her love thing at this shindig. This year you'll find two DJ's, go-go dancers, and the fabulous Sandy B singing her dance hit "Make The World Go Round." The vibe from this evening (and the women you'll take home) will last you 'til it's time to pump it up again in Gay Pride Month next year.
