The Lowdown: All-encompassing queer world-view from your public television station.

You and the mainstream world can get the most comprehensive view of the GLBiTrans community world-wide from every angle and point of view within the community. This program is one of the reasons the right wing wants to cut funding to PBS - reason enough to watch. The in-depth reporting literally spans the globe and brings the queer community to your living room. And it's hosted by the fetching Katherine Linton - the best reason of all to tune in!

Lesbian Central

Times: Biweekly Sun, Ch 16 @ 1:30pm
 Biweekly Thu, Ch. 34 @ 9:30pm

The Lowdown: Barbara Walters for the Sapphic set.

This sit-down talk show format for lesbians would be too boring to tune in to, save for the fact that the rotating hosts actually talk intelligently to some of the most interesting women in our community, whether they're famous, infamous or neither. This is public access TV at it's most basic and informative level, just for us dykes.
