1. How to Enter The HUB Music Daily Contest will run every weekday beginning at 12:01 am [Eastern Standard] Time on 11.07.97 until 11:59 pm [Eastern Standard] Time on 03.31.98. You may enter each weekday's contest from 12:01 am [Eastern Standard] Time until 11:59 pm [Eastern Standard] Time on that weekday. You may enter the contest online by visiting the HUB Web site (keyword: HUB on America Online or http://www.theHub.com) http://www.theHub.com), or you may enter by mail. To enter by mail, print or type your full name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number and your answer to the trivia question on a 3 " x 5" piece of paper, insert in an envelope and mail to HUB Music Daily Contest, c/o The HUB, 888 7th Avenue, 18th Floor, NY, NY 10106. You may enter either via the online method or via the write-in method. Limit one entry per person. Only your first entry will count, any subsequent entries will be disqualified. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Write in entries will be entered in the contest on the day that they are received. Hand canceled write-in entries are void. All entries become the property fo The HUB. Neither the HUB, Tower Records, New Line Cinema, America Online, nor the parent, affilaited or subsidiary companies of either the HUB, Tower Records, New Line Cinema or America Online, nor any Internet access providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access the HUB web site. Proof of mailing is not considered proof of delivery.

2. How Winner Will be Determined One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entrants each weekday. Judges' decision with respect to the winners and final outcome of the contest shall be final. Winners will be notified online, and, if applicable, by mail, within two weeks of their entry date. If sponsor is unable to contact potential winner by mail, if any potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 14 days of receipt or if any winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, an alternate winner will be selected. Any winner consents to the use of his/her name, and/or photograph for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where by prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received. If, in the judges' opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all online and write-in entries received as of the termination date. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the HUB home page.

3. Eligibility The sweepstakes is open only to U.S. residents, except employees and their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses) of the HUB, New Line Cinema, America Online, or Tower Records. No correspondence, including e-mail, will be entered into by sponsor. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. ALL PARTICIPANTS AND/OR ENTRANTS RELEASE ALL OF THE SPONSORS, AND THEIR AGENTS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION AND/OR ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR AWARDING OR USING ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. This sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Prize: One prize of a Compact Disc will be awarded daily. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by sponsor due to prize unavailability at the time of award in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Approximate retail value of prize is $15.99. No cash alternative for prizes. Any tax on prizes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be awarded.
