Is It Safe To Order Over the Internet?

When you connect to our secure web server to enter your order information, all your personal and credit card information is encrypted so that only our server knows how to descramble and understand it. Immediately after we receive your order on our secure web server, we descramble it, safely store it off-line in our office, and then delete it from our server .

People accessing the internet through older browsers or through a firewall may have trouble using our secure web server. If you experience trouble connecting, you still have ordering options. You could place your order by phone or you could mail your order to us.

Can I Use My Credit Card?

Yes, of course you can use your credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We use a secure server! This means that the information you send in is encrypted and can not be read by others during transit. If you choose to use a credit card but don't feel comfortable entering your number over the web, can call in your order with your credit card information to (800) 404-7216.

I Don't Use Plastic! Can I Still Order?

HubShop accepts Bank or U.S. Postal Service money orders (sorry, no personal checks and no international money orders!). Just go through our on-line store and click on the Check Out link when you are finished. Fill out the form on the check out page, print it out, and send it to us with a money order to the address provided on the check out page. It's important that you go to our check out page so that you can see the shipping charges and any sales taxes that will be added to your order.

Can I Phone In My Order?

Please dial (800) 404-7216, if you would like to call in your order. Our customer service representatives are available to help you between 8:30am and 8:00pm eastern time Monday through Friday. When calling, please have the product codes ready (these are the codes shown in brackets next to each item. For example, the product code for the Hub Cap is shown as [HS0001])

What If I Don't Like It Once I Get It?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we guarantee every item that we sell. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied and want to make a return or exchange, send back the product and your invoice to HubShop at:

Please use UPS or another insured carrier, like Federal Express or Airborne Express when returning your merchandise. If you are returning items via the US Postal Service, please be sure to insure them and send them via certified post. We cannot reimburse you for returned merchandise that is lost in the mail. HubShop invoices must accompany all returned items in order to receive a refund

How Much Will I Be Charged For Shipping?


We pride ourselves on providing fast and accurate shipping of all our orders. Here's what you can expect when you purchase something from the HubShop.

FEES

Our shipping and handling fees are calculated automatically and will be displayed when you go to the check out page. Here is our current fee schedule:

Each additional item: $1.00
Note: Alaska and Hawaii, add $2.00.
First item: $12.95 (US)
Each additional item: $1.00
Note: We ship Canadian orders by UPS which allows us to track your order.
First item: $15.95 (US)

Note: If our actual cost to ship your merchandise is higher, we will contact you via e-mail.


All in-stock merchandise is shipped within two business days, and some orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Airborne 2-Day Service Available for U.S. Orders!

For an additional fee of only $1.95, we will ship your entire order by Airborne 2-day service. When you visit our Check Out page and provide us with the shipping address for your order, you will have an option to select Airborne 2-day shipping.

US and Canadian Orders Ship by UPS, International Orders Ship by Air Mail

We ship to the US and Canada by UPS (unless you select Airborne 2-day service for your U.S. order). Orders to the east coast (as far south as Virginia) should arrive within 1-2 days after leaving our warehouse. Allow up to 7 business days for orders to the West coast (for a total of 9 business days from when you place your order). International orders take anywhere from 3 days to 6 weeks depending on where you live and just plain luck (we ship via airmail and Airborne to international destinations).

Backordered Merchandise

We do our best to keep everything in stock at all times. If something is on back order, or if you order an item that is marked as "pre-order" merchandise, we will hold your order until everything is available and will ship it to you at one time.

Order Confirmation and Order Tracking

When you complete your order you will see a confirmation page. Print out this page as it contains your unique order code, and instructions for contacting us. We will send you e-mail when your order ships, including a link so that you can track your package from the UPS or Airborne Web sites. Please enter your e-mail address carefully on the Check Out page!

Do You Accept Orders From Outside Of The United States?

We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Please purchase with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept Bank money orders, but they must be denominated in U.S. dollars.
